Nikon F3 Film Camera, MF 50mm 1.2F 

 

니콘의 명기라 불리는 F 시리즈 필카는 두고두고 보아도 멋진 카메라이다.

 

캐논 A-1도 있지만, 니콘 F3는 그 나름대로 애정이 많이 가는 카메라이다. 최근 니콘이 ‘전설적인 명기’ F3를 DSLR의 모습으로 다시 멋지게 부활시켰다고 하여 다시 꺼내 보았다.

 

니콘이 지난 11월 5일 F3의 DNA를 이어받은 풀프레임 DSLR 카메라 ‘Df’를 전세계에 동시 발표한 것도 어찌보면 니콘이 그 옛날 F3의 명성을 자기들도 잊지 못한다는 것이다. 다시 꺼내본 F3는 아직도 그 당당함을 자랑하는듯 하다. 

 

지금까지도 탄탄하고 야무진 바디가 F3이다. F3는 당대 최고의 성능과 신뢰성을 입증받은 카메라로 알려졌는데 DSLR의 등장으로 니콘과 캐논의 양강 구도가 형성되며 필름카메라가 많이 쓰이지 않으며 서서히 그 이름이 사라졌다. 그러나 니콘 F3는 언제나 사람들은 기억하고 있었으며 견고한 바디라는 것은 자명한 사실이다. 

 

니콘 F3 필름카메라에 장착된 렌즈는 MF 50mm 1.2 입니다. 니콘의 수동렌즈의 명품이기도 합니다. 표준화각의 단렌즈로 단렌즈 특성상 뛰어난 화질과 선예도와 1.2의 밝은 조리개를 가지고 있습니다. 아웃포커싱사진이나 심도표현하는 사진 좋아하시는 분들에게는 좋은 렌즈이며 요즘에는 변환아답터를 사용해서 디지털카메라에서도 사용이 가능하기에 옛날 렌즈이지만  지금도 인기가 좋습니다.

The Nikon F3 was Nikon's third professional single-lens reflex camera body, preceded by the F and F2. Introduced in 1980, it had manual and semi-automatic exposure control whereby the camera would select the correct shutter speed (aperture priority automation). The Nikon F3 series cameras had the most model variations of any Nikon F camera. It was also the first of numerous Nikon F-series cameras to be styled by Italian designer Giorgetto Giugiaro, and to include a red stripe on the handgrip – a feature that would later become (with variants of stripes and various other shapes) a signature feature of many Nikon cameras.

못을 박을 만큼의 견고성을 자랑하던 F시리즈는 니콘의 카메라 역사 그 자체라고도 할 수 있다.  니콘 F시리즈는 1970년대 히트를 쳤던 F2와 1980년대를 주름잡은 F3까지 이어지며 기계적 성능과 내구성에서 높은 평가를 받았다. F시리즈는 6번째 버전인 F6까지 나왔지만 니콘의 전성기를 대표하는 모델은 역시 F3다. F3는 HP, 티타늄, 블랙 티타늄, P 등 다양한 모델을 거쳐 F4 이후 자동초점 시대의 과도기적 모델인 F3 AF까지 나왔다.
