LIFE Photography Exhibition in Korea <라이프 사진전>

 

‘찰나의 미학’을 사진으로 멋지게 묘사한 <라이프 사진전>이 열린다. 이 사진전에서 1936년~1972년 사이의 LIFE Picture Collection 소유 사진저작물 129점과 LIFE 작가 개인소유 사진 저작물 13점의 기록을 관람할 수 있다. ‘하나의 역사, 70억의 기억’이라는 부제로 열리는 이번 전시는 ‘People’, ‘Moments’ 그리고 ‘It’s Life’로 꾸며졌다.

The exhibition is organized to reflect three key themes, "People,” “Moments” and “ It's Life.”

 

The magazine was first founded in 1883. In 1936, Time founder Henry Luce turned it into a weekly magazine with a heavy emphasis on photojournalism. It now lives on at LIFE.com, one of the largest collections of professional photography on the Internet. Users can browse, search and view photos of people and events.

The exhibition runs from Sept. 6 through Nov. 25. Tickets are 6,000 to 12,000 won.
