Seoul Lantern Festival Underway At Cheonggye Stream

The Seoul Lantern Festival is currently underway with hundreds of handcrafted lanterns set to light up downtown Seoul. This year's theme pays tribute to the history and culture of the ancient Baekje Kingdom through bright, colorful lanterns floating along the Cheonggye Stream every night from 5PM to 11PM. Various exhibitions, lantern-making activities, and stage performances will be held during the festival period, which will run through November 17th.

제5회 2013년 서울등축제

 

2013년 11월17일까지 서울 청계천 일대에서 펼쳐질 ‘서울등축제(Seoul Lantern Festival 2013)’는 우리의 역사와 함께 하는 흥미로운 볼거리입니다. ▲한성백제 500년 ▲웅진(공주) 백제시대 ▲사비(부여) 백제시대 ▲화합의 백제정신 등 총 4개 테마와 관련된 각각의 세트와 수 많은 등을 한꺼번에 볼 수 있는 좋은 기회입니다. 또한 서울등축제기간 동안에는 청계광장과 한빛광장에서는 다양한 체험거리도 제공되며 LED 등을 이용한 첨단불빛으로 재미있는 등을 만들 수 있다. 또한 색색으로 아름답게 어우러지는 빛의 향연을 사진으로 담을 수 있습니다.
