길에다 담배 꽁초를 버리지 않는 것은 서울에서 지켜야 할 가장 중요한 시민의식입니다.

담배를 피지만 담배꽁초를 아무곳에나 버릴 수 없는 사람들은 결국 간신히 발견한 쓰레기통 같은 깡통에 담배꽁초를 버립니다. 차마 길에다가 버리지는 못하고, 아마도 담배만 버릴 수 있게 만든 길거리에 설치된 깡통에 모두 담배 꽁초를 버립니다.

 

그런데, 차라리 길거리에 쓰레기통을 깨끗하게 설치하는 것이 백번 낫지 않을까 합니다.

길거리 보도 중간에 이렇게 설치된 깡통은 오히려 도시의 미관을 해치는 것 같습니다.

그 많은 담배 판매로 걷은 세금은 모두 어디에 쓰이는 것인지 궁금합니다.

길거리에 담배 꽁초를 버리지 못하게 아예 쓰레기통을 없애는 것이 능사일까요?

 

얼마전 서울에서 내린 폭우 때문에 강남이 물난리가 났는데...
이렇게 물난리가 난게 길거리에 무단투기된 담배 꽁초로 인해 하수구가 막혀서라고도 하는데, 얼마나 담배 꽁초가 길거리에 많으면 이런 해괴한 일이 생길지 모르겠습니다. 
서울의 길거리는 오늘도 담배꽁초로 가득합니다.아름다운 서울의 길거리 풍경인지, 독특한 도시 미관을 자랑하는 거리의 예술인지 판단은 여러분의 몫입니다.
 

깡통에 버려진 담배 꽁초와 담배곽이 최대한 담겨서 길거리 예술을 만들었습니다.
아주 기형적이고 아슬아슬하게 넘치지 않게 하려고 시민 모두가 노력을 한 길거리 종합예술입니다.

Not throwing cigarette butts on the road is the most important civic consciousness to protect for clean Seoul.

People who smoke cigarettes but can't throw them anywhere end up throwing them away in cans like trash cans that they barely found. You can't throw it away on the street, but you probably throw it away in all the cans installed on the street that you can only throw it away.

By the way, I think it would be better to install trash cans clean on the street.

The cans installed in the middle of the street sidewalk seem to damage the city's beauty.

I wonder what all the taxes collected from the sale of cigarettes are for.

Due to the heavy rain that fell in Seoul not too long ago, Gangnam was in terrible trouble.
